1. Purpose of Services
Skills at Will provides avocational coaching, personal enrichment, and educational content in IT and cybersecurity. The services are not designed to qualify participants for employment, focusing on personal development, enrichment, and enjoyment only.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to enroll. By using the services, users represent that all provided information is accurate and complete.
3. Subscriptions & Trials
Some services require paid subscriptions. Trial offers (such as $1 trials) automatically renew at regular rates unless canceled before expiration. Refunds are only available during the 7-day trial period. After the trial ends, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Coaching & Content
Coaching includes live video, group sessions, recorded lessons, guides, and community access. Content is for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional certification training. No guarantee of specific outcomes or skill levels.
5. Community Features
Posted content may be publicly visible. Users cannot harass others, post illegal content, distribute spam, or infringe intellectual property. Users retain ownership but grant a worldwide, royalty-free license for display within the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All Skills at Will content, logos, and resources remain company property. Users cannot copy, distribute, or resell materials without written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided as-is and as-available. No warranties about accuracy, reliability, or completeness. Participation is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Skills at Will is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through account settings. The company may suspend or terminate access for terms violations or misuse.
10. Governing Law
Terms are governed by Florida state law.
